Lisa N. Shyer

Lisa N. Shyer graduated with honors from California State University, Fullerton, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in 1995.  Thereafter, she attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California where she graduated cub laude in December 1997.  Ms. Shyer was admitted to practice in June 1998.

While in law school, Ms. Shyer was a member of the school’s National Trial Team.  She also was awarded the American Jusrisprudence Award in Legasl Skills II, Advanced Legal Research, Professional Responsibility and Advanced Criminal Procedure.

Ms. Shyer has practiced all aspects of civil litigation with James N. Procter II since 1999.
